  6. 6. Your physical or electronic signature.

DMCA Review Process:

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice, we will review the claim and, if necessary, remove or restrict access to the allegedly infringing content. The user responsible for the content will be notified and provided the opportunity to respond with a counter-notification.

 

Counter Notification Process:

If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including the following:

  2. 2. Your name, address, phone number, and email.
  3. 3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the content was removed due to a mistake or misidentification.

RomsDown reserves the right to terminate accounts of users who are found to repeatedly infringe on copyrighted content under the DMCA .
